I am unhappy with the way a company on your database has treated me. What can you do? Let us know - we offer you a fast friendly service and so should the companies on our database. If we feel a company is not 'playing fair' then we will remove them from the database.

I have found a mistake in some information in the database, what should I do? Let us know, we try to make everything 100% accurate, but sometimes we get it wrong. We can fix the mistake. in minutes.

How do I subscribe to Plaslink? You don't, just log on and use it when you need it, free!

I have made a sale via Plaslink.com, how do I pay my commission? You don't!

You mention free for a limited period, how long is a limited period? At the moment, we are building Plaslink, to get enough parts and products for it to be an effective tool for plastics buyers. When we have 100,000 parts and products, we plan a big launch. At this stage we will ask for a small payment in order for continued coverage. At this stage, the details are not finalised, but it is likely to be either a annual fee (from £25 for a part listing or a link) or a fixed sum per enquiry you recieve through Plaslink (estimated at £5 to £10 per lead).

Can I register my distributor? At present, we recommend, all links are direct to the manufacturer, enquires for smaller orders can easily be reffered to your distributors. We are currently working on a system to accomodate distributors.
